Refund policy

  • If any items are damaged upon arrival, please contact us right away via the "Contact us" page to resolve the issue. Please keep the original shipping container and packing material, this may be required to process your return claim.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the date received. Items that are custom, personalized, or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective, then we will happily work through this with you!
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • All merchandise must be returned in the original condition with tags still attached.  The item(s) must show no sign of wear, deodorant, makeup, or other stains and must not contain any odors, such as cigarette smoke or others.  If they do, the customer will not receive a refund, and the customer will need to pay to have the item(s) shipped back to them.
  • If any items arrive to the customer with the shipping packaging damaged prior to opening, we ask that you please take photos of the damaged package for insurance reasons.
